Therapy for Unresolved Trauma

I offer a warm, gentle approach to trauma therapy, guided by the wisdom of your nervous system. We start by taking a look at your patterns - reactions, thoughts, feelings, relationships - and work together to understand how these are rooted in survival. From there, we will use integrative trauma interventions to reprogram the nervous system's impaired coding. This creates new, adaptive neural networks and allows you to finally return to a sense of safety - in your body, relationships, and the world.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR therapy resolves trauma by communicating with all the parts of the brain in order to desensitize a memory, install a more helpful belief associated with the memory, and address any stuck points in the body.

Ego State Therapy

Ego state therapy allows you to meet with the younger, unhealed versions of yourself who experienced the trauma. You get to nurture, love, and provide safety in the way your younger parts deserved. This creates new neural pathways and actually resets the nervous system's old survival patterns.

Somatic Therapy 

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing that helps you tune into physical sensations as a way to process emotions, release stored trauma, and reconnect with an embodied sense of safety.
